Office closure
In view of Government advice on Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have closed the Society’s offices until further notice.
Staff are working remotely from home and have full access to the HCS database and all electronic files. Members are urged to continue to register cattle but to do this online. The Online Registration instructions can be found here on the Registrations and Transfers page.
If you do not have your password, please email Anne-Marie or Janet on the email addresses below. All pedigree certificates and invoices will be emailed out.
In the exceptional circumstance where you cannot register online, you will be able to call 07825 232092 between 2pm and 4pm on a Thursday, and the registration information will be taken over the phone.
When making payments to the Society try as much as possible to do this using BACS and online banking as much as possible.
