Shipping and returns

This is the shipping and returns policy for goods purchased in the online gift shop on the Highland Cattle Society website.

Shipping

Your products have been designed and created by IzziRainey, a small business based on a family farm in Norfolk, run by Lara and Izzi. As well as designing unique homeware and stationery, the studio shares the farmyard with Izzi's fold of Highland cattle, a great source of inspiration! When not in the studio, the girls will be found out on the yard or enjoying the surrounding Norfolk countryside.

UK orders

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail. In the UK, our standard shipping cost for orders up to £40 is £4.50. These are sent by First Class Post. Orders over £40 are FREE standard delivery. We also offer the option of Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked and Signed For) next day shipping at £8.95. Please note that orders to the Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer to arrive.

International orders

The shipping cost for international orders ranges from £8.50 (European countries) to £15 (rest of the world).

Timing

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days of payment between Monday and Friday. Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. International orders may take longer.

If you need the products urgently, we recommend you contact us via lara@izzirainey.com. We will do our best to expedite your order.

If we unfortunately have an item out of stock, we will inform you as to when it will be available.

For items that are on pre-order, the expected delivery time should be made clear on the product themselves. We will send a second notification when your package is on its way.

Returns

All of our items are made with great care and to an extremely high standard. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it in all its original packaging within 14 days for a refund or an exchange to the address shown on your package. Please email us first, so we can expect your return, to: lara@izzirainey.com.

We will refund your money or exchanged item within 21 days of original return, providing it is in a saleable condition. We will refund the price you paid for the item. This does not include postage and packaging.

If an item is damaged on arrival, please take photographs to send to us as evidence.

Personalised items may not be returned, unless they are damaged on receipt.
