Historically, our Ena line should have actually had a life in Germany but due to BSE, the original cow from the island of Coll never got to venture overseas. She came to the Hebrides, originally for a temporary holiday, but after the export ban took 16 years to be revoked, she lived out her days on North Uist instead.

This wee dear has some of our favourite stock bulls in her pedigree including Gilleaspuig of Tiretigan and Neil of Auchnacraig, who lived long, prolific lives to the ages of 17 and 18 years old respectively.
